If you have already leveled at least one toon to 85, then this post won’t be that useful to you. (Still some pretty good life advice though) On the other hand, this post is for you if you are planning to use the Zygor WoW Leveling Guide to get your first level 85.
Using Zygors WoW Guide to level up your first 85 is definitely a great decision to make, since the real fun and enjoyment of WoW begins once you reach the highest level. It makes perfect sense to want to get to that peak point of fun as fast as possible, but as a beginner to WoW, you can have a lot of fun with your first experience of leveling to 85.
You really do not have to think at all when using a Zygor Guide since everything is laid out step by step and reinforced with an arrow telling you exactly where to go. Not thinking about what you have to do for each quest step is great, but if you allow yourself to mindlessly follow the instructions, then your first experience leveling to 85 won’t be as exciting as it could be.
New things in life are exciting. I think that on a fundamental level, everyone loves new stuff, and EVERYTHING in World of Warcraft will be new stuff if you are leveling up for the first time. So give your fullest attention to each moment of the game. This will not only help you become a better player (you will be mindful instead of mindless), but it will also give you that feeling of being fully alive and immersed.
A WoW lvling guide is very good at keeping your mind clear from burdensome thinking, but always keep in mind(hehe pun) the difference between going through the motions and devoting the entirety of your being to the present moment. Look in awe at the beautiful in-game terrain, notice the intricate designs of each new piece of gear you pick up, and enjoy the feeling of each new level gained
